I’m loving this terrific poncho from Olivia of Hopeful Honey. I was thrilled to discover that it’s made in Lion Brand Heartland, one of my favorite Lion Brand yarns.
You’ll love the ease of this project. It’s simply two large pieces that are seamed at the shoulders. Pick up stitches around the neckline to make the cowl. It doesn’t get any easier!
I’ve noticed that, with my own patterns, the popcorn stitch sometimes needs a little bit of extra instruction. Here is a video of a 5-double crochet popcorn from Olivia’s YouTube channel.

I’ll be giving away one hard copy book entitled Reversible Ripple Afghans. I wrote this book in 2010 for Annie’s Attic. If you like, I will autograph it for the winner too!
One name will be chosen randomly from all names entered prior to close at 11:59pm (CST) on March 5, 2018. The winner will be required to provide me with a mailing address. Leaving your email address is mandatory to enter. Choose any of the other options for additional entries. Good luck, everyone!
The entry form will load immediately below these words. Wait for it to load. If it doesn’t load, you may need to break out your laptop because some devices (I’m looking at you, iPad) strip the code sometimes.
Enjoy and good luck in the drawing!
