While I was out exploring the internet for crochet beauty for you this morning, I happened upon this unique project.
I immediately said to myself, “Oh, goody! Is it a Margaret Hubert?” I’m happy to report that this is indeed a Margaret Hubert. 🙂

I really love Margaret Hubert. She is one of the sweetest women I have ever known and it’s not often that I show anyone pictures of myself, but I love this one of me and Margaret.
Margaret does the most fascinating things in freeform crochet. I’ve admired her work for years. This is actually the first time that I’ve seen her create an exclusive clothing type, though!
This is such a unique item. I don’t even really know what to call it. I’ve obviously seen her make clothing, just not something so unique that I can’t even put a name to it. Such incredible creative genius!
It covers the shoulders to keep them warm, like a shawl would do. It doesn’t have flippity-floppity edges that make a shawl fall off your shoulders.
It doesn’t get in the way when you’re trying to cook. It dresses up a plain top. I may not know what to call it, but I am absolutely in love with it!

Many of you have written to me to ask how you can help support CrochetKim. A Patreon account was suggested but I thought it would be better to provide ad-free PDFs of my patterns so you would get something in return. I'm steadily working on adding PDFs to all my patterns and I've also made this compilation available at a discounted price. You can, of course, view, print, paste to a word processor, convert to PDF, etc. on your own. This is just an extra feature so that people help out, if they want. Thank you to all of you for your overwhelming support and kindness these many years. Enjoy!
