Those of you who know me or follow me on Facebook will already know how much I love to grow my own produce and how much I love to have pretty jars of fruits and vegetables in my cupboard that I’ve canned myself. It is truly a beautiful thing.
So, it should come as no surprise that I love market bags.
They’re obviously great for the environment. But, they’re also terrific for those trips to the Farmers Market for the produce I’m not able to grow in my small garden.
If I could just remember my market bags when I go to the grocery store, I could omit the “paper or plastic” question altogether.
This Precious Gem Market Bag by Tasha Lamoree is quite possibly the prettiest market bag I’ve seen. I love the spiderweb stitch pattern on it.
It’s a mesh bag, yes. But, the interesting stitch pattern really makes it truly unique.
The bag is made in Cascade Sunseeker which is an acrylic/cotton/metallic blend and I’ve heard Amy of Crochetville rave about it.
I especially love this fun color that Tasha has chosen.
The pattern has been graciously provided for free at Tasha’s website, Cherrie’s Essentials, and you can pick up the pattern HERE.
