This incredible project was designed by Kristin Omdahl. It was originally published in her book, Crochet So Fine. If you like this project, I encourage you to pick up her book because it is truly extraordinary.
I am overwhelmed by this project. Kristin describes it as very easy to stitch up with easily-memorized stitches.
It looks very quick with predominantly chain stitches to form the lace openings. This would be especially wonderful for a newer crocheter who has been wanting to try some of the luxury yarns available.
You can let the yarn do the work for you with this beautiful piece of wearable art.
The pattern for this project is available in a downloadable e-book offered from Interweave. The e-book includes four other shawl patterns in addition to this one, so it’s certainly a very generous offer from this publisher.

In order to go to the download page, your email address is required. If you have any problems with the download not opening fully, right click on the download button and save to your computer then you can open it manually from your download directory with Adobe Reader.
I have downloaded it myself to check. I did indeed have problems with the download directly to internet browser due to the size of the file. If you do too, try the alternative method.
Many of you have written to me to ask how you can help support CrochetKim. A Patreon account was suggested but I thought it would be better to provide ad-free PDFs of my patterns so you would get something in return. I'm steadily working on adding PDFs to all my patterns and I've also made this compilation available at a discounted price. You can, of course, view, print, paste to a word processor, convert to PDF, etc. on your own. This is just an extra feature so that people help out, if they want. Thank you to all of you for your overwhelming support and kindness these many years. Enjoy!
