Technique: Tunisian Crochet
Finished Size
45″ x 70″ (made vertically instead of horizontally)
Materials
18” MoEZ Afghan Hook, green (or size L-8mm Tunisian hook with cord)
Red Heart Super Saver, 7 oz. per skein, 364 yds. per skein:
Color A (A), Dusty Teal, 2 skeins
Color B (B), Café, 3 skeins
Color C (C), Aran, 1 skein
TLC Amoré™ Worsted Weight Yarn, 6 oz. per skein, 290 yds. per skein:
Color D (D), Seaglass, 2 skeins
Yarn Needle (for weaving ends)

Special Stitches
Tunisian Reverse Stitch (trs): Insert hook behind work, under back vertical bar, in a side-to-side motion, always staying to the back of work, yo, pull lp through. Right-Handed | Left-Handed
Tunisian Knit Stitch (tks): Insert hook between front and back vertical bars coming out at back of work, yo, pull lp through. Right-Handed | Left-Handed
Tunisian Bobble Stitch (tbs): *Yo, insert hook as for tks, yo, pull lp through, yo, pull through 2 lps on hook, rep from * 3 times more in the same st, yo, pull through 4 lps on hook, ch 1.
Instructions
Foundation Row:
A: With A, ch 185, working in the back bar of each ch, sk the first ch, *insert hook in next ch, yo, pull lp through, rep from * across: 185 lps on hook. Right-Handed Video | Left-Handed Video
B: Ch 1, [yo, pull through 2 lps on hook] across: 1 lp remains on hook here and throughout.
Rows 1-3:
A: Sk first vertical bar, trs (see Special Stitches above) across: 185 lps on hook.
B: Ch 1, [yo, pull through 2 lps on hook] across.
Row 4:
A: Sk first vertical bar, trs across, fasten off A: 185 lps on hook.
B: With B, ch 1, [yo, pull through 2 lps on hook] across.
Row 5:
A: Sk first vertical bar, [tks (see Special Stitches above), trs] to last 2 sts, tks in next 2 sts: 185 lps on hook.
B: Ch 1, [yo, pull through 2 lps on hook] across.
Row 6:
A: Sk first vertical bar, [trs, tks] across: 185 lps on hook.
B: Ch 1, [yo, pull through 2 lps on hook] across.
Row 7:
A: Sk first vertical bar, [tks, trs] to last 2 sts, tks in next 2 sts, fasten off B: 185 lps on hook.

Row 9: Note: TLC Amore was very soft. If you use something that is not as soft, you may need to adjust the pattern and perhaps not make as many bobbles on this row. They may be too squished together if using a more stiff yarn.
A: Sk first vertical bar, [tbs (see Special Stitches above), tks] across, fasten off D: 185 lps on hook.
B. With C, ch 1, [yo, pull through 2 lps on hook] across.
Row 10:
A: Sk first vertical bar, [tks, trs] to last 2 sts, tks in next 2 sts, fasten off C: 185 lps on hook.
B: With B, ch 1, [yo, pull through 2 lps on hook] across.
