Gauge

Gauge isn’t overwhelmingly crucial here as long as you like the fabric, drape and size of your cloth. If you want your cloth to be exactly the same as the one photographed, you’ll work in stitch pattern to a tension that achieves 16 sts for 24 rows to measure 4″.

Stitch Multiple

To increase or decrease this design (including the added selvedge on the sides), you’ll need any multiple of 4, plus 12.
