Finished size

28″ x 15″ at widest points

Materials

  • Louisa Harding’s Noema (75% cotton/20% acrylic/5 polyamide) 131 yds per 50g ball: 2 balls necessary (shown in #6) or approximately 262 yds of a comparable sport to DK weight yarn
  • Suggested hook: 6.5mm (K-10 1/2)
  • Yarn needle (for weaving ends)

Gauge

5 ch-2 sps=4″; 16 rows=4″

Skill Level

Easy, perhaps not a first-time project for a beginner, but with only single crochet and chains used throughout, it is definitely easy.

Notes

Cowl is worked top down, starting at the top of the head. The curved portion is at the top of the head.
