Chain any multiple of 10 and then add 16

Instructions
Special Stitches
Fan: When on foundation row: dc in ch indicated, *ch 3, dc in next ch, rep from * once more. On subsequent rows: dc in sp indicated, *ch 3, dc in same sp, rep from * once more.
V-Stitch: In indicated st, work [dc, ch 3, dc].
Begin
Row 1: Sk 6 ch, dc in next ch, *sk 3 ch, sc in next ch, sk 3 ch, fan (see Special Stitches above) beginning in next ch, rep from * to last 9 chs, sk 3 ch, sc in next ch, sk 3 ch, dc in next ch, ch 3, dc in last ch, turn.
Row 2: Ch 1, sc in first dc, ch 2, *v-stitch (see Special Stitches above) in next sc, ch 5, rep from * to last sc, v-stitch in last sc, ch 2, sc in sp of beg ch-6, turn.
Note: When working the hdc in the stitch below, it envelops the chain-5 space as well. It draws them together inside the hdc.
Row 3 (RS): Ch 1, sc in first sc, *fan in ch-3 sp, hdc in center dc of fan below ch-5 sp, rep from * to last ch-3 sp, fan in last ch-3 sp, sc in last sc, turn.
Row 4: Ch 4, dc in same sc, *ch 5, v-stitch in next hdc, rep from * to last sc, ch 5, [dc, ch 1, dc] in last sc, turn.
Row 5: Ch 6, dc in ch-1 sp, *hdc in center dc of fan below ch-5 sp, fan in next ch-3 sp, rep from * to last ch-5 sp, hdc in center dc of fan below, [dc, ch 3, dc] in sp of beg ch-4, turn.
