Row 2: Ch 3, sc in first ch-3 sp, *ch 3, dc in next ch-3 sp, [ch 3, sc in next ch-3 sp] twice, rep from * to last ch-3 sp, ch 3, dc in last ch-3 sp, ch 3, [sc, ch 1, dc] in sp of beg ch-9, turn.

Row 3: Ch 6, *[sc in next ch-3 sp, ch 3] twice, dc in next ch-3 sp, ch 3, rep from * to last 3 ch-3 sps, [sc in next ch-3 sp, ch 3] twice, dc in sp of beg ch-3, turn.
