Technique: Knit
Materials
- Red Heart Creme de la Creme, 100% combed cotton worsted weight yarn, 125 yds per 2.5 oz ball, shown in Brite Green and Brite Pink, about 50 yds used per cloth
- Size 8 Needles
Size
Approximately 7.5″
Gauge
Gauge isn’t overwhelmingly crucial here as long as you like the fabric, drape and size of your cloth. If you want your cloth to be exactly the same as the one photographed, you’ll work in stitch pattern to a tension that achieves 16 sts for 24 rows to measure 4″.
Notes
This is my “go to” stitch pattern for mindless knitting. I love it for everything from washcloths to blankets to garments. Use multiples of 4 to work in stitch pattern with no selvedge.
